Bio
Hi, I’m ELDROID. I’m a 20 year old Dubstep Producer and DJ. My music pallet is mostly recognizable by use of a lot of atmospherical sounds that progress towards a more agressive drop with a hint of modern classical instruments here and there. The genres I make are mostly Dubstep related, like: Riddim, Briddim, Melodic-Dubstep, Colourbass Music and Tearout-Dubstep. Check out my latest releases and stay hyped for my upcoming music like my album: “Burning Man“.

Besides being a producer and DJ, I also make YouTube videos. With this small, but growing channel I show other sides of me being a producer. I make videos about in-depth sound design, videos where I remix funny and weird sounds in any genre and videos about any topic in the vast music world.

A piece of his life
ELDROID (aka: Eldyn van Dijk / Droid) was born the 19th of November 2002 in Utrecht – the Netherlands.
He started learning the piano at 5 years old. Although he picked up the feel for playing the piano, he never mastered it due to difficulties with reading sheet music. So he quit his lessons to write his own music on the piano and stored it in his head so he wouldn’t have trouble reading it from the sheets again.
In 2010 he joined a musical group, where he learned sing and perform. This later developed when he started to go to musical school twice a week. And with that his musical ear kept improving.
When he went to highschool his outlook on music started to change. He was never that interested in electronic music until he discovered NCS. He started listening to EDM almost every hour of the day, yet the music he wrote himself was more driven by modern-classical (piano) music.
This didn’t change until he had to choose a college. His counselor brought up that he could go for a music production college, which blew ELDROIDs mind! He never expected to create similar music he was listening to. But the motivation had kicked in. He had half a year to get skilled enough to apply for one of these production schools. And even if he had skill enough, the odds were against him because they only let 30 people join the classes each year.
Somehow he got in with this weird future-bass track called “In The Future” featuring his sister (because he knew no one else).
This new school pushed him to be more than a producer and gave him the opportunities to push on..
So… Yeah, consider this track as the actual start of my journey of becomming a Bass Producer!
